My Blog

The name Clay-Born means “born from clay”. Each piece of pottery and sculpture is a one-of-a-kind creation. No molds of any sort are used in aiding with the creation of the piece.

The pottery is thrown on a potter’s wheel, with a variety of glazes, oxides, stains, to create beautiful colors. All the pieces are fired in a kiln at temperatures ranging from 1600F -2500F.
